Terms & Conditions – National Smile Month Competition

  1. The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to parents aged 18 and over who provide a comment in in the comments to Instagram or Facebook post Fill in the blank: “I keep my child’s smile healthy by….. “
  2. Employees or agencies of Happy Kids Dental (HKD) and Brushbaby Ltd (BB) or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
  3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  4. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from HKD containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
  5. To enter the Prize Draw you must post a comment via instagram or facebook under the post “Fill in the blank: I keep my child’s smile healthy by….. “. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail to the marketing team: marketing@happykidsdental.co.uk. With ‘National Smile Month’ in the subject line.
  6. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 12th June 2019, 11pm. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  7. One winner will be chosen in the prize draw on the 14th June 2019.
  8. The winner will be chosen by the judging panel, comprised of senior Brush Baby and Happy Kids Dental staff, on the 14h of June 2019 from eligible entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The panel’s decision is final and no discussions will be entered into.
  9. The winner will receive: Happy kids Dental Club membership (which includes: 2 dental examinations p/year, 2 hygiene visits p/year, fluoride application, Xrays, discounts on various treatments, educational events and treatments). A year's supply of age-appropriate Brush-Baby Toothbrushes and a year's supply of age-appropriate Brush-Baby Toothpastes
  10. HKD  and BB accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the practice).
  11. Winners will be notified on the 14th of June via social media accounts.
  12. If a winner does not respond to HKD/BB within 14 days of being notified by HKD/BB, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and HKD/BB shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and HKD/BB shall be entitled to select another winner.
  13. The prize will be delivered at Happy Kids Dental practice, Marylebone.
  14. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  15. HKD and BB retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  16. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on HKD’s and BB’s reasonable request. The winner consents to the use by HKD and BB and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by HKD and BB and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
  17. HKD and BB shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
  18. HKD accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. HKD and BB further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of HKD for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  19. HKD and BB reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of HKD and BB in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. HKD shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  21. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Terms and Conditions – Happy Kids Dental Chelsea Opening Promotion

  1. The promotion (“The promotion” or “ChelseaOpeningPromotion”) is open to parents aged 18 and over who are new clients of Happy Kids Dental (HKD).
  2. The promotion starts on the 1st of February and finishes on the 28th of February 2019.
  3. Employees or agencies of Happy Kids Dental (HKD) or their family members, or anyone else connected with the promotion do not qualify for the promotion.
  4. Entrants into the promotion shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  5. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from HKD containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
  6. To qualify for the promotion and thus receive a discounted treatment fee, you must quote relevant promotional code.

  8. The closing date of the promotion is 28th February 2019. All bookings taken out of this promotional window, will not be considered.
  9. The promotion offers two types of discounted treatment fees ("the offers"):
    Option 1 - £50 OFF full oral health assessment with a paediatric dentist or
    Option 2 - FREE Hygiene when the full oral health assessment with a paediatric dentist is booked.
  10. The offers (Option 1 and Option 2) can not be taken in combination with each other.
  11. The promotion is only valid in Happy Kids Chelsea Clinic.
  12. The promotion is only available for new patients of Happy Kids Dental. Each new patient qualifies for one offer.
  13. The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
  14. HKD reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotional offer with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). Terms & Conditions – Happy Kids Dental Love to Brush Campaign

  1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to parents aged 18 and over who provide a photo or video via social media of their child with a toothbrushing chart.
  2. Employees or agencies of Happy Kids Dental (HKD) or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
  3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  4. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from HKD containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
  5. To enter the Prize Draw you must post a picture via social media of your child with a toothbrush with the hashtag @happykidsdental #lovetobrush #WOHD19. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail to the marketing team: marketing@happykidsdental.co.uk. With ‘#lovetobrush’ in the subject line.
  6. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 30th April 2019. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
  7. One winner will be chosen in the prize draw on the 10th of May 2019.
  8. The winner will receive Family tickets to the Making of Harry Potter Studio Tour.
  9. Additional Runner-up prizes: 5 Goody bags, with electronic tooth-brush and baby Brush Baby toothpaste. 30 Orthodontic Consultations (30 min each).
  10. All participants will get the Certificate of participation in World Oral Health Day 2019 with a "Brilliant brusher" badge. 50% OFF initial consultation fee at Happy Kids Dental. Those prizes will be delivered via e-mail.
