Full Mouth Oral Health Assessment (0-16 years old) includes:
- Comprehensive examination with Carestream Intraoral Camera and DiagnoCam
- Full caries risk assessment and report of your child’s oral health
- Evaluation of baby and permanent tooth eruption patterns and how your child’s Dental age corresponds to their chronological age
- Diet and nutritional counselling
- Oral hygiene evaluation
- Formulation of detailed treatment plan and cost estimate
- Discussion of diseases and conditions such as diabetes, congenital heart defect, asthma, ADHD and its effect on oral health (if applicable)
Depending on your child’s age at the time of initial appointment:
- Oral habit counselling such as thumb sucking or dummy
- Evaluation of grinding and other destructive oral habits
- Discussion on how to prevent and care for potential dental trauma injuries
